Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

All refunds or exchanges (excluding made to order items) must be made within 14 days, from date of invoice.

We do not refund or exchange on any custom made items, as the goods have been specially made for you. Goods that have been decorated CANNOT be returned unless faulty or wrongly supplied.

Orders with items missing or wrongly supplied, should be notified within one week of receipt of goods.

Refunds will be processed via way of payment made by the customer.

Netball Warehouse does not charge to send out exchanges, however, it is up to the customer to return the item(s) to us at their cost and supply a pre-paid bag for us to send back new item(s).

The original purchase docket must accompany the goods, and we ask that the goods be in their original undamaged packaging (if applicable).

Refunds or exchanges cannot be made on underwear (sports briefs) or socks if worn. 

Postage is not refundable.

A 10% fee will be charged on all refunds made.

Faulty items will be replaced or repaired as deemed appropriate by Netball Warehouse.
