INTERSTATE COURIERS – PER STATE COST
- Please allow two days for picking and packing of your order.
- Standard Courier, allow 1-2 days.
- Outside Sydney Metro, allow 3-5 days, Perth 4-10 days.
- Parcel Post Satchel (Australia Post), allow 3-5 days.
- If your order is more than the allocated rate, we will let you know and the difference needs to be paid before we release the goods.
Please note that it isn’t a guaranteed service, but it is fully tracked. A signature may be required by certain couriers. The item can be left in a safe place with an Authority to leave.
One dispatched, please allow up to five days (excluding public holidays) for delivery before contacting our customer service team. If you need your order urgently we recommend that you contact us and use the Express Post Service to ensure your order arrives in time.
Re-delivery Fees
If your parcel is returned to us for any reason you will be charged a re-delivery fee. The re-delivery fee will be the same as the initial delivery fee charged.
